Organisational structure
The NS&RC is guided by a Security Council comprised of a maximum of 11 executive members. The Council makes key decisions regarding the development of the consortium and is available for professional comment or opinion on any matter relating to national or international security.
The Consortium is divided into eleven integrated divisions each with an executive member of the consortium at the head. Beneath each divisional command lies a tried and tested supply chain capable of immediately facilitating the materiel or expertise required by our clients.

Training
All national security and resilience issues, dealing with the world media, Communications, crisis management, command and control, PR, conferences, international liaison with academia, the economics of terrorism and exercising resilience plans. Master-class leadership training and development.
Rapid reaction team (currently UK mainland only)
A 350 man team of highly skilled professionals capable of dealing with both command and control issues logistical and practical crisis situations appropriate to mass fatalities, pandemic, infection control, localized control and containment. To be extended for international operations. Supported by ex military personnel.

International Business Enterprise Hub
A unique hub of business expertise and services relevant to the needs of

sales and marketing advice , cultural awareness programmes, business
partnering with a UK company.
Experience
Members of the National Security and Resilience Consortium have supported the Japanese Government during the Sarin attacks on the subways, were involved in the 2004 tsunami aftermath with mass family liaison and body identification.
They have been involved at operational level in major terrorist incidents including over 200 successfully resolved kidnaps and also attacks on UK mainland.
The NS&RC has experience of sophisticated intelligence gathering, and have provided hardware and consultancy to MoD programmes, supported European Union projects and have advised NATO and Commonwealth Governments and defence departments around the world.
Members of the NS&RC have provided individual and collective protection, equipment and services to many of the worlds most sophisticated Defence and Security agencies including the US President and vice President, the FBI, CIA and Department of Defense. They have advised the Bill gates Foundation and EU regarding media and communication. On the UK mainland the consortium also has the logistical capability to provide a rapid response team of up to 350 highly trained personnel.
